1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using Xorvia Hosting infrastructure to host, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Copyright-infringing material without authorization.
• Denial of Service (DDoS) scripts or botnets.
• Content that is illegal under applicable local or international laws.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any service found violating these rules without prior notice or refund.

2. Payments and Billing

All services are billed on a prepaid basis. It is your responsibility to ensure that payment information is up to date and that invoices are paid by their due date.

• Late Payments: Services with overdue invoices will be suspended after the due date. If an invoice remains unpaid for 7 days, the service and all associated data will be permanently terminated.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all active services.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a strict 48-hour money-back guarantee for new server deployments. This applies only to your first service with us. Dedicated servers, domain names, and software licenses are strictly non-refundable.

4. Resource Usage and Fair Use

Game servers and web hosting plans are provisioned with specific resource limits (CPU, RAM, Storage).

• You may not attempt to bypass these limits.
• Services negatively impacting the performance of the physical node or other customers due to unoptimized code, extreme resource consumption, or malicious activity may be temporarily suspended or throttled to protect network integrity.

5. Data Backups

While Xorvia Hosting may maintain routine system backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of your data. We do not guarantee the retention or recovery of your data in the event of hardware failure, user error, or account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Xorvia Hosting provides services strictly "as is." We are not liable for any damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, or network outages.

7. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, billing information, and control panel access. Any actions taken from your account are your responsibility. We highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available.

8. Service Refusal and Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for behavior deemed abusive toward Xorvia Hosting staff.

9. Changes to Terms

Xorvia Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
